WHO SHOULD ATTEND
The Nittany ion Boys’ Lacrosse Goalie and Instructional Camps are designed for players entering grades seven through twelve next fall.
ABOUT THECAMPS
The Nittany Lion Boys’ Lacrosse Goalie/Instructional Camp is designed to  provide goalies with an additional day of goalie instruction (three full sessions)before putting their skills on display during the Instructional Camp.Coach Van Arsdale, former assistant coach at Notre Dame and three-timeGoalie of the Year, will personally direct this camp. The use of specialized
drills and extensive film sessions can enhance your development. Aftercompleting the three sessions, goalie coaches will continue to work withyou throughout the duration of the instructional camp.The Nittany Lion Boys’ Lacrosse Instructional Camp’s daily schedule includes games and offensive and defensive technique and strategy sessions. Camp coaches will provide individual improvement sessions throughout the week. Off-field instruction will include a review of NCAA rules and regulations regarding the recruiting process, and discussions about sport psychology, nutrition, and strength training Equipment—Campers should bring their own lacrosse sticks, helmets, arm and shoulder pads, gloves, cleats, and mouth guards. Recreation—During camp, participants may spend their free time enjoying Penn State’s many recreational facilities, including the outdoor swimming
pool.
